Caroline Stivers, MEng

Associate Director of Operations

Caroline Stivers is the Associate Director of Operations for Kentucky Commercialization Ventures.  In this role, she oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of KCV-affiliated programs. Caroline also serves as Director of the Kentucky IP Alliance (KYIPA), manages the KCV IMPACT Competition, and provides key support to initiatives such as KCV EDGE, while contributing to overall operational strategy and support for KCV.

 

Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Bioengineering from the University of Louisville. Prior to joining KCV, she gained extensive experience in technology transfer within the Department of Energy’s national lab system, where she worked in invention management, licensing, and innovation training. Her career in technology transfer began as an intern at the University of Louisville.

 

A passionate advocate for innovation for all, Caroline enjoys collaborating with inventors and is dedicated to helping advance the innovation ecosystem in Kentucky, her home state.
