Caroline Stivers is Associate Director of Operations for Kentucky Commercialization Ventures.  In this role, her primary responsibilities include planning and coordination of KCV-affiliated programs, including the Kentucky IP Alliance (KYIPA), KCV IMPACT Competition, and others, and providing operational support for KCV. 

 

Caroline obtained her Bachelor's degree and a Master's in Engineering (MEng) in Bioengineering from the University of Louisville. Before joining the KCV team, Caroline spent several years working in technology transfer in the Department of Energy's national lab system, supporting invention management, licensing, and innovation training, after getting her start in technology transfer as an intern at the University of Louisville.  

 

Caroline greatly enjoys working with innovators and is excited to get to work in Kentucky, her home state, to help advance the innovation ecosystem.
