Tucker Jewell is a Licensing and New Ventures Manager for KCV, where his primary responsibilities involve assessing, licensing, and managing technologies, as well as providing commercialization and start-up education and advice. 

A Kentucky native, Tucker is deeply committed to driving impactful change within his home state, and he’s passionate about contributing to KCV’s mission of advancing research into market-ready products that benefit the broader community. With a master’s and bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from the University of Louisville, Tucker’s academic and professional background aligns strongly with KCV’s objectives.
 
Tucker previously served as an Independent Contractor with KCV, working closely with our team to triage new technologies, assess patent potential, and facilitate marketing campaigns.
